Where do the seabirds go?

Good news for the Davoren lab, Julia Gulka, Master student in the lab, has successfully deployed all of her GPS loggers on Common murres (bottom picture) and Razorbill (top) this morning! The loggers will record coordinates along the birds' trips outsite the colony. By the end of the summer, Julia will be able to gather information on their foraging behaviour like travel distances, feeding sites and individual specialization!
